Linea is South End’s newest high-rise showstopper bringing high design, high-profile amenities & high expectations to Charlotte’s rental scene.
As one of the most luxurious apartment communities in the city, the goal was simple: drive awareness, generate buzz & lease it up. We crafted a social media and PR strategy designed to position Linea as the new South End standard—refined, aspirational & completely unmatched.
